Return & Refund Policy
14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on:

- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, simply place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
