Shipping Policy
1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping nationwide, with an option for home delivery for an additional ₪20.
2. Order Processing
Due to high order volumes, please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
3. Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days after processing. Some products are shipped directly from our international warehouses, so delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Business days are Sunday through Thursday and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, or public holidays.
4. Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive another email with shipping confirmation.
5. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or issues caused by shipping carriers. No compensation will be provided for delays beyond our control.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transportation disruptions, communication or system failures, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or other force majeure events.
7. Delivery Verification
To ensure secure delivery, we may require proof of identity and your order confirmation number upon delivery. We reserve the right to request additional identification if necessary before releasing the order.
8. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse to accept a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost as well as the return shipping cost. These charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.

- Please ensure that your shipping address is entered accurately and completely, including street name, building number, apartment number (if applicable), and any additional delivery instructions.
- We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
- Some products are shipped from our international warehouses, so shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
- If you have not received any tracking updates within 20 business days after receiving your tracking number, please contact our support team, and we will investigate the shipment for you.
